I have an intake manifold off a Barra 220 5.4 3V out of a 2005 BA Falcon. Looking to know more about it, couldnt find much on the specifics of this manifold and if there are any performance benefits and differences over the factory plastic 5.4 3v truck manifold any help is appreciated.

Just replaced the factory water pump with Edelbrocks #8804 installed a new OEM radiator with 180 degree thermostat and upgraded to the FRPP Cooling Fan #M-8C607-MSVT. Low speed comes on at 190 and keeps it there even after a few hard pulls.

For those who have a bolt ons, longtubes, and NVR cams opinions on the FRPP intake manifold. From data Ive seen the FRPP intake doesn't help much without heads and valve train that can handle 7k plus rpms, I'm considering keeping the factory intake with the CMCV's for the low end. Not...
