Iron block with forged internals

Getting ready to hit the Dyno in a few week. I will be replacing my stock Kenne bell blower pulley for a 3” pulley as Kenne bell advises me that it’s the smallest pulley that I can run safely on the blower. It’s an 05 mustang with a 2.6 Kenne bell. I am look for the belt size for the 3” Pulley.

Changed to a 160f tstat and solved my overheating issues.

Yes I definitely want to drop a temp sensor somewhere where it is hitting coolant

190f tstat. I don’t have an exact number but it reaches up to 3/4 of the gauge maybe a little more. Then I read the RPMs to bring it back to temperature

I’m going to swap the tstat to a 160f seems like the tstat isn’t getting to operating temps. Possibly because the bigger radiator? If not a electric water pump sure sounds nice.

Yes but the Tstat is placed on the crossover itself. I assume it would absorb the heat better to open more frequently or a longer period of time? Also the crossover cuts out one extra hose may be a better flow of coolant. That was my logic behind it but could be wrong?

Finishing up on my build 05 Saleen iron block forged internals. I am looking for an 07-10 water crossover pn 7R3E-8C369-AD. Overheating just a bit. New water pump and 3 core radiator. Now want to try and switch the crossover and hoses.
