You’ve got a fault for bank 2 sensor 1?
That’s an upstream sensor and that controls fueling. You need to get that fixed. Make sure you didn’t damage any wires when you took the mid pipe down to remove the cats. Or with a clogged cat, it’s possible that sensor got burnt out.
Replacing rings and bearings would not warrant a rebalance.
When you tear down, I would check everything and if it looks good, reuse it.
Why are you tearing down a fresh engine?
Cranking with the pump unplugged only relieves fuel pressure so it doesn’t spray everywhere. The rail will still have fuel in it.

I lost no ET and picked up mph in the quarter. The 60’ got a just a touch softer. I would not bother with gears.

This is the last piece of suspension that I need to change on my 07. Been chasing bumping and banging ever since I got the car, it’s better now, but still kind of there.
I just swapped from gt500 upper mounts to maximum Motorsports caster/camber plates. They installed perfectly and work really well, but they are extremely loud over rough roads. I’m seriously thinking about going back to gt500 mounts because they are that loud.
