    At least the 2010 and newer Performance Package has a 24mm rear sway bar. I imagine the 05 and later PP would have the same if the OP's car has that option. But Dieharder is right measure yours first.

    I just bought these from Rock Auto. The front set was 27.99 and the rear set was 37.00. They're from Energy Suspension and were high rated. And the price didn't break the bank. You would just have to find a way to press the old bushings out and the new ones in for the rear bar.

    I'm not sure that I understand your question. My stripes are all 10 inches wide over the entire car. There is no discernable difference from any viewpoint.

    No I have the BBK short tube headers. If you're putting long tubes on and getting rid of the cats, the X-pipe might reach without any kind of extension but I don't think you would know for sure until you put it all together. Unless someone else here with the same setup you want to do chimes in.

    I bought the Ford Racing X-pipe in 2017 and have been very happy with it. And I didn't have to remove the cats for it to fit. But if I remember you might have to put in pipe to bridge the gap if you wanted to take the cats off.

    It's illegal in Canada if the car was equipped with airbags when new. Not sure about the US though.

    Header bolt help

    I second not using the BBK gaskets. I did and had to get new Ford gaskets as the BBK ones leaked. Also Napa sells studs that I've been happy with.
