    Crank, no start

It's possible. A bad crank position sensor can cause a crank but no start. You'll hear the fuel pump prime but since the CPS controls both the spark AND the injectors, you'd have no fuel going into the cylinders. These symptoms distinguish a bad CPS from a bad clutch safety switch which wouldn't...

Need help troubleshooting a 2014 with a Bama tune

This man's nailed it. Since the engine ran fine before the clutch and tranny job, I seriously doubt that the problem is the tune. It's far more likely that an O2 sensor wiring harness was pinched when the tranny was reinstalled. If the insulation is damaged and the wiring frayed, it could be...

Does anybody made a DIY rear undertray/diffuser ?

In addition to my DIY rear under tray, I've also done several front aero mods resulting in significantly better gas mileage, high speed stability, and NO MORE hood flutter: https://www.angelfire.com/my/fan/Mustang2006GT/Aero.html

Does anybody made a DIY rear undertray/diffuser ?

Not worth the money IMO. Mine's a simple DIY black plastic job that fills the void between the evap system and the rear bumper cover. This substantially reduces the amount of air that stacks up behind the bumper cover and potentially reduces drag, especially at higher road speeds.

    Stumped on gearing

43/14 = 3.07 Are you sure you counted the teeth correctly? These Ford axle gear ratios and tooth counts are as follows: 4.56 = 41 tooth ring gear, 9 tooth pinion 4.30 = 43 tooth ring gear, 10 tooth pinion 4.27 = 47 tooth ring gear, 11 tooth pinion 4.10 = 41 tooth ring gear, 10 tooth pinion 3.91...

    Question About Chain Tensioner?

Not always. The phaser would have to be pretty bad to throw a cam position sensor code.

    Question About Chain Tensioner?

The timing chain tensioner should pump itself back up again with an oil pressure feed. The clanking could be from a broken cam phaser, and that would also account for the slightly rough running. If that's the case, you should hear it at the very front of the cam cover using a mechanic's stethoscope.

    Opening /removing Radiator Grill

Ford left some of the slots in the front grille blocked for a very good reason; the radiator simply doesn't need the extra airflow and opening it up will make the engine take longer to reach normal operating temperature. This will have a negative effect on gas mileage and exhaust emissions.

    Ford 460 motor swap

Although it's been done before, I'd advise against it simply because fitting an older engine will probably make the car illegal for street use. That won't matter if you're building it into a dragster but if you want to drive it on public roads, I think you should consider a 7.3L Godzilla swap...

    Stumped on gearing

A common mistake is to calculate the tire circumference merely by multiplying the tire diameter by pi, whereas the correct way is to multiply the rolling radius (wheel center to ground) by 2pi (with tires inflated to correct pressure). I find this tire size calculator to be the most reliable...

Designed to be this way or? 2005 GT

Factory toe specs are -0.4 to +1.2 degrees. Mine is bang in the middle at +0.4 so you could adjust yours a little more positive. Your camber is also close to the factory limit of -1.3 degrees so you could adjust that to be less negative. Both of these adjustments will eliminate the twitchiness...

255/55/18 on my 2006 GT with 18x8.5" rims

That's what I'm running on my 18" rims. I've also kept the stock height suspension to ensure that I can clear speed bumps without scraping the exhaust (ground clearance at lowest point is 5.2").
