NT05R is a great street tire. I have had M/T and M&H. They all spin on the street. But the Nitto has a race compound with a stiff sidewall so you don't lose handling. I run 18's with a tall tire so I still have some sidewall but it doesn't flex like the others.
He has the motor out of the car and said that it was the plate on the back of the oil pump. He said it turns over by hand I just want the block and crank for a budget build.
He is an hour away. I thought about asking him to pull the main bearing caps for me to see. Talking to him he is very knowledgeable. But this is a price that is well worth it if the crank and block are good.
shit maybe I could scrap the aluminum for more?? If it's bad...
Now that I got your attention. I could buy a 90k mile Longblock that had the oil pump backing plate leak issue. All I want is the crank and block. $200. What is the chance the block main journals and crank is wiped?
And if you think I should just steer away just say it.
I took my Kenne Bell filter to Pep Boys and they stocked one the exact size. Also whenever I have a question I call Kenne Bell and they have always helped me.

The M&H is a perfect match and hook great on those 17x8's. I have pics on here with them on my car. They do have a soft sidewall though which really helps them for putting the power to the ground but not in turns. Nittos are good street drag radials due to their stiff sidewall. On the street...
