Thanks---I was banned also---went into internet tools and cleared cookies and history and everything is working now.....

No I tested it out for you.. I would have let you know if the permissions were off.. I have modded on VB forums before so I know the URLs to the admin and mod control panels and I tested it out when I saw the user titles to be sure we did not have a major issue on our hands
