It was a sweet looking car, restored to a high degree, which IMHO was messed up by the HUMUNGOUS curved hood scoop....I was thinking maybe he had a SC in there. His lic plate read "ROOSKI". He turned left on to a blvd, and drove slowly waiting for me, I turned and pulled up next to him to give him the :thumb: on a relatively sweey ride, albeit a GM, and he goosed it, indicating "let's go". I indicated "OK" and hammered it...at that point I was in 2nd at 4250 rpm...perfect. I pulled away from him, gained 3 car lengths and then had to switch lanes in front of him so as not to run into a Suburban. I let him catch me, waved and turned around to head home. He was a young kid and I almost felt bad for him, until I remembered that I was in the process of giving him the :thumb: when he goosed it...
