  • Hello, you had mentioned you would be willing to walk anyone through the 5.0 coyote swap and you also mentioned the everything BUT the TCS and brake lights DO speak coyote lol... Im working on a 2005 V6 with 5.0 coyote swapped in.. The car runs and all, but having trouble with the gauges. I read that if your connect the FRPP CAN +- wires to the body harness CAN +- wires they should work.. do you by chance know where these wires are on the car? pics would be great. I have a couple diagrams but still slightly confused. I would really appreciate any info you could through my way..
I forgot to add that I also want to have the instrument cluster that has the my color option within it. Lol I know thats kinda not normal when doing these swaps but that's also why I want the 2011 mustang gt gauge in my car. Wanting to somehow modify where it fits behind the steering wheel so it will actualy fit there. So in other words I need the harness that works plug in play with that and the rest of the motor. Thats why I was thinking of just using the 2011 mustang gt harness but don't know how to get it all to work with that since that harness will support the cruise control. Sorry for so much to say lol.
    Hello sir,
next year I plan on swapping the coyote motor into my 2007 mustang gt. I do plan to have all new transmissions and exhaust done as well. I was reading the post where you did it and have a questions if you would be able to assist me. It's awesome that you found a play to get all the gauges to work with your current car but I have a problem with the ffrp control pack and my current gauge. The ffrp pack does not support cruise control and I want the actual gauge from the 2011 mustang gt to reflect rpm and mph accurately since mine only goes to 140mph and the rpm and redline is not as the motor should be.
I am also trying to figure out the steering issue to make it as simple as possible. Any thoughts or opinions or steering me in the right way would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
