Still willing to help? I rebuilt the tune from scratch and put the 24lb injectors back in. The car is definitely more driveable, but still has tip-in issues. I got a P0153 on the way to work today (first time since I started driving it), so I'm wondering if maybe it is something in the O2 transport delay. I can't remember if I left that stock or used the values from the old tune (don't have it in front of me). As far as exhaust goes, my O2s are about as far back as they can get. I'm running a set of Pacesetter long tube headers.
As before, once the car is warm it drives fine. Trims are within 2-3% across the curve. I can still see it go lean for a quick second, but it's not enough to affect a warm engine.
