That's pretty cool right there!

I have always wondered, does the "landing" do much damage to the front end suspension?

Badass! I've always wondered about damage to the front when pullin the fronts up like that.

I left on 4400 rpm and 10 psi. Car had no damage aside from scraping the rear bumper. Pushing it to second did nothing i just rolled off the pedal for a very slight second then jammed it back down for a smooth landing
