If you're on this forum, it's a safe assumption that you have an S197 Mustang. In which case, it is under recall. It's been expanded to every S197 ever. (05-14). Even my '13 is now showing up on their website.

I need to replace the Steering wheel emblem, and it looks like you have to disable the air bag and pull the wheel to get to it

Can you go to ford and pickup the air bag and install yourself? Or do they not allow it?
