Paxton blow through set up - IAT sensor relocation?

Guys, I did a search for intake air temperature sensor relocation but didn't come up with much. I have a 2006 Mustang GT and was wondering if the MAF does indeed 'calculate' the air temperature in lieu of an actual sensor. Sorry if this seems really obvious to most but with all of the issues I've had of late I just want everything to be correct on my ride. My buddy has a Coyote with the same Paxton on it and when we line up I don't want to stare at tail lights.....

The MAF contains the IAT sensor, if you are not planning on adding water/meth, just move the MAF and be done with it.
