Doesn't the stepper motor just control the gauge, not the throttle ?

On the inside on the right of the throttle body, there's a black plastic housing you take off. The spring is there. In this video, it shows the shutters clamping down, mine is loose

The spring appeared to come out of place for some reason. Took it apart and inspected it and readjusted it and now it's fixed. Runs perfect!!!

Thanks everyone!!

Ok, I'm done. Good luck
I don't blame you.

Why the hell were individual parts on the throttle body being replaced?
I would bet that half the people on this forum over the years has a stock throttle body sitting around in a box in their garage.
There are enough threads on shit going wrong once you take apart a throttle body.

YES! And that is the Throttle Control Actuator (AKA THROTTLE BODY STEPPER MOTOR) which is what the codes were telling you to begin with, everyone was directing you to. It is spring actuated closed with no signal present. The electronic device on the LEFT side of the TB is called the Throttle Position Sensor (AKA TPS). It provides the actual position of the throttle blade back to the PCM.

Glad you got it figured out.
