We are listing our 1993 LX for sale as we found another car we are interested in. We purchased this car from an older man who had owned it for 8 years. Before him, another older man bought it brand new, so we are the 3rd owner. This car is very clean and unmolested, which is hard to come by anymore. Clean car fax. NO ACCIDENTS! Clear title.

Details:
1993 Ford Mustang LX 5.0
Exterior: Silver oem paint (however car has been professionally plastidipped pearl white)
Interior: Red (love it or hate it...it's spotless) - ashtray lid even works
5-speed
153,000 miles
Performance mods: catback exhaust and BBK cold air intake

Original silver paint was starting to fade and had spots where the clear was pretty much non-existent so we opted for the cheaper alternative to paint, plasti-dip. The car was dipped using 6 coats of DYC white dip, with 3 coats of a pearl top coat from KPG pigments. There are a few spots you can tell it is dipped, but otherwise, it looks as good as paint. In fact a lot of people confuse it for paint.

Parts we've replaced:
-Clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel - Exedy stage 2 (the clutch went out a few months after we bought it)
-New front cross drilled and slotted rotors and all new bearings/hubs
-Smoked 6 piece headlights (bought from Fox Body Resto)
-Plugs and wires
-New wheels (SVE "Saleen" SC2 replicas)
-Eibach sportlines (installed by ProDyno)
-4" Kaenan hood (purchased from East Cost Mustangs)
-Mach 1 front chin spoiler modified to fit

Full disclosure on the car, it needs new drip rails and some new trim on various places. Obviously for a 20+ year old car, some of the moldings are faded. Mechanically, the car needs nothing, other than eventually a new battery and tires. Tires on it are ok, but will likely need to be replaced soon. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere.

We are located in Charlotte, NC.

Asking price is $6,000 but that may be a bit negotiable for the right buyer. If interested PM me here, or email me at [email protected].

Thanks.

Stephanie
