I am in the middle of this swap and have a few questions...

I noticed the measurement from where the slave mounts is different between the 3650 and 6060...just wanted to make sure I use the same style slave(bought a new oem one for an 06 GT). Putting in a RXT clutch. From the mounting surface to the tip of input shaft is ~3/8" different(it measures shorter on the 6060).

The person that rebuilt this trans put and old style backup light switch in it....can I reuse the switch from the 3650 or do I need to find a GT500 switch for clearance?

Thanks!

Anyone know if that measurement difference is normal? I want to put the trans in tomorrow morning.

i just finished putting in a 2013 6060 track pack trans with a RXT clutch in my 08 bullitt.
i know the slave is shorter, the clutch is longer for 13 cars, for a 13 than the 12 and down. are you sure you have the correct year slave?
i used the original back up plug that was in my trans. the backup lights work fine.

I got it together...working good. Still need to do something about the backup light switch.

In 3rd and 4th between 1500-1800 rpm I get that rattle other people have talked about with RXT clutches. Guess I will have to get used to keeping it over 2000rpm.
