I bought this on Wednesday of last week. 2015, EB, 6800 miles, Premium, Performance Package, 50th Anniversary Package, manual trans, Magnetic Metallic paint, Raven Black interior, Shaker Pro audio, heated and cooled seats, voice-activated Nav, adaptive cruise control. Pretty fancy four-banger.
Took some quick pics before I started modding stuff.

I blacked out the grill, temporary Plasti-Dip until I find a nice replacement grill. I hated the chrome 'pony' grille.
Also stopped up at Hitech for some boring stock dyno action. Made around 279rwhp and 290rwtq in 5th gear. Stock with 93 octane. It's a start. Actually it's more than my stock 2005 3v GT manual trans put down at Hitech!

Also I acquired these...Racestar 17x9.5s with nearly new 295/45 M/T DRs. I traded my 15x8 Racestars with worn out M/T 255 DRs for them, the guy really wanted my 15" wheels and 15s won't fit on a 2015, so....score!

They match the 17x7 Racestars I still have from my old car for the front, so I have a set of four 17s for this car.

I ordered a set of lowering springs which will be here Thursday, and a set of aftermarket wheels which will come next week.

I'm ordering a tune from Lund Racing on Friday. A friend of mine is letting me borrow his MAP intercooler and a MAP offroad downpipe. Should be fun!

Congrats on the new ride! She's a beauty!

So how do you like it compared to your 3V, power and driving-wise? I drove an EB 2015 non-PP car with the stick, and as much as I wanted to like it, I just wasn't feeling it. The EB just didn't seem to like the MT-82, and I didn't want an auto, so for the time being, I'm keeping my s197.

I have seem some folks getting ridiculous power out of the EB with just a tune and a few bolt-ons. :thumb:

Well, I had a 3v several years ago. I just thought the horsepower comparison was interesting. I traded in a mid-11-sec 2012 automatic 5.0 car. Obviously this new car is a lot slower but in every other aspect it's superior IMO. I searched for the right deal on a '15 GT but it just didn't quite fit into the budget. I know the automatic Ecoboost cars are a little quicker at the track but if I was going to 'settle' for an EB for now, I wanted to at least row my own gears. And this one is super well equipped so it's nice to have toys, coming from a base model '12 GT.

SR Performance springs are installed.
Temporarily installed the Racestar wheels because I sold my factory wheels, and my aftermarket 'street' wheels aren't here yet. So yes it's a stock slow-ass Ecoboost Mustang on drag wheels, haha.

17x9.5 rear with 295/45 M/Ts and 17x7 fronts with 215/60-17s.

Looks good. You need to make a baseline pass with those wheels/tires now.

Tracks aren't open here for another couple weeks (I think the 23rd is the first day). I have my tuner/tune already and it's a definite improvement, but I also plan to make a couple passes with the stock tune to see how it does. I don't expect much. It's really a slug with the factory tune.

Congrats, that is my twin except I am an auto, I have pretty good experience with the bolt ons and I recommend Lund for tunes, let me know if I can help!

FMIC is the first mod it needs.

Thanks! Lund tune loaded last night. MAP Intercooler and catless downpipe upgrades some time in the next couple weeks.

Don't waste your time or money on the MAP, get the Levels or ATM esp if you are going to be drag racing it...trust me.

Thanks Greg. I'm borrowing a buddy's MAP intercooler, he isn't using it for the forseeable future. I'll see how it works! Yes I'll be going to the track to make a few passes once in a while (I usually only go in the spring and fall when the weather is cool) but no bracket racing or back to back passes. Thanks for your input!
