Figured since I've installed a new tune, new throttle body, and taken the cats off I'd have it on the Dyno again...

Super disappointed with the #'s, was expecting closer to the 550 mark, am I off somewhere?

It is a Mustang dyno though, and the tune is running about a point rich, and super safe timing......
Thoughts?

Mods are 2.6 Metco pulley, L&M 72mm TB, Kooks LTs and offroad H, jlt 127mm CAI. Lund racing email tune

Also bought these custom fender wings!

hah. I wouldnt put to much stock in dyno numbers since depending on conditions, and mood of the operator it can be high or low.

Few updates, since it's been a bit.

Managed to find a pair of Borla Tourings local.
They sound great with the LT's and offroad H.. Am thinking about rigging up a set of boost actuated cutouts with a couple wastegates for a little more volume at WOT.

Blew out my slave cylinder last month messing around.. Tore the trans out by myself (pretty big accomplishment for me I think), bought a replacement and dropped it in.
Also picked up a Barton while it was apart (MGW was on backorder).

Also street raced a stock ZR1, and ZL1 this weekend.
ZR1 ate me up.
I killed the ZL1.

Mustang dyno's can be assholes. I made 550whp on a 50 degree morning with nearly perfect air on a dynojet. That number would be closer to 500 on that dyno you have I'm sure. What's really killing you is the 91 octane tune, is that really the best you can get around where you're at? I thought for sure you guys would have 93 at least in Omaha, or if nothing else you have to have E85 at nearly every pump. Maybe time to switch it to corn fuel? Car looks great though man.

I can run 93, just haven't made the jump over to it yet, as both pumps close to my home / work aren't as close as the pumps with 91, lol.

I used to drive 10 minutes from my house just to get Sunoco 94 back in my turbo import days and back when Sunoco still had it.

Timing is a great thing and octane is the only key to running more of it.

Sent from my superfast Shelby GT500

Sorry missed your post.
I am not sure, my car had the LT's on when I purchased. I did have an issue with the left tailpipe being shorter than the right, so I had to do some cutting to get everything right.

Little update.. went to our local 1/8th mile track this weekend. It was 40-50 degrees, so the track was COLD. But ran some decent times..

Best slip was a .0276 reaction 1.9250 60', 7.8137 @ 97.02mph.

Also ran a hellcat on my first race of the night. He beat me on the reaction time, but I ran a 7.8394 @ 99.71, he ran a 7.8893 @ 96.75. He was an auto car on radials.

Also twisted my axle tube! Hooray!
Have a 3.73 rear located with 8000 miles on it. Driving out this week to pick it up, then having the tubes welded, picking up a CHE axle brace, and Strange 31 splines axles. Hope to be back on the road within a week or so.... Minor body damage, will be a bit before I have the $ to get it fixed.

Anymore pics of the car with the HREs? I've wondered what the early body style would look like with the ff15s.
