Ive been bracket racing my 06 GT since I bought it in 2009. 2011 I won my first two races. Since then ive been chasing that damn Wally trophy. I got close in 2015 with a runner up finish...treed him, but it was a double breakout and I was out more so I lost. Well this Memorial weekend we had 3 nights of racing. I placed 3rd friday, got 2nd Saturday, and finally Winner Sunday night, the night they will giving out the Wallys!!!! To say I was excited is an understatement. What a cool deal. So many racers coming over to congratulate me. Now I know why its such a big deal when you win one. There is nothing else like it. Thanks to Lito, he's beeing tuning my car the past 2 years and he has fine tuned a bracket tune for me. Its usually within a few hundreds. As long as I can cut a good light, this car does well. Lito has me running in the 12.3s. Good thing I won some cash too, after 20 passes this weekend my year old tires are nearly shot now!! haha...

Here is one of my timeslips. I leave off of idle for better consistency, I dont load up the RPMs for a faster ET. Way more difficult to repeat that exactly every pass. I have a PI convertor with a 3k stall and 4.10 gears.

Thanks Ice. Im a full on race junkie. My track is only open once a month and Im there everytime they are open. Racing is so mental, I really enjoy the challenge. We have a nice group of hardcore racers so its really fun to try and do your best. I have one buddy whom raced two cars Friday night and he won both the Sportsman and Pro sportsman classes!! Hes the one who took me out friday night in the semis......the bastard....haha
