You'll love the FR rack, and all the crap it allows you to remove from the engine bay.

Easy swap! Also makes removing oil pan much easier!

All except for my installing my blower oil drain in the front of the pan and the fitting wont clear my oversize dampener.... so new oil pan on the way!

Finally gave up on Photobucket and got tapatalk. Here are some more pics.

My new exhaust setup I'm going to try. Didn't like how my trans cooler and water lines were going to have to be around the over axle pipes. The classes I run in don't require mufflers. Only stipulation in some is exhaust must exit past the firewall.

I got the flaming river rack in. But removed it already to pull the pan. Makes it super easy. Had a fitting welded on my pan for the blower drain.

Finally back to working on the car. 5 weeks till first race. Got the new oil pan in,!oil feed/drain done for the blower. New filter relo kit on. Got the flaming river manual rack back in and reconnected the steering.

Waiting on a new coolant tank. I couldn't find a place to mount my old tank with this setup. Just have to connect lines once that's in.

Then on to a lot of wiring. Trans/intercooler pump/ radiator fan.

It's as the base of the curve. We are going to see how it works. If it's noisy I'll just build a new pipe.

...Or you could just straighten up the turbulent flow with this:

Got all the vac lines re done today. Also got the new radiator fan wired up. Thanks to Lito for telling me how he wanted it. It's a single speed fan so I wasn't sure.

Started the hole for my shifter cable. Need to drill it out a bit more to get the line to fit through.

Normally that's a no no, but that curve doesn't look too bad. Not like it's a 180 degree bend or anything close.

Yeah I'm hoping it'll be fine. Worked with the guys at Fathouse Fabrications on building this setup. Hopefully works out.

Got my new coolant tank in. Had my buddy cut the fittings off and weld AN fittings on it. Also extended the mounting brackets a bit.

Making good progress on the car today. Rear end is back in. Just needs new brakes put on. Cooling system is done and filled. Trans cable is done and feels ok. Never shifted an auto before so not sure. Going to lay out my trans wiring. Installing a small fuse box in glove compartment next.
