08-09 GT Paxton 2200 guys
With the ford racing intake manifold
Did you have problems with the install
Specifically the thermostat housing hitting the manifold ?
The thermostat adapter plate puts the thermostat to high and keeps the intake from sitting down properly

Sorry I would be lying if I said I took careful measurements as I just winged it! Recommend you take a careful look at the picture of the two cut pieces to estimate the angle. Once cut i rotated the cut piece 180 degrees for welding. I will also admit I cut the aluminium on a Dewalt chop saw with a 12 carbide tip blade. Still using the blade today without issue from everything from fine trim to 6x6 posts.

Plug gap depends on boost level but I am running .030 on 9psi. I have seen recommendations range from .028 to .032.

I got the thermostat housing welded from a friend
But with the frpp tb I have as well it's a little tight running the radiator hose and the 90 between the tb and blower
How did you approach that part
Anything specific?

FRPP TB as well, it is tight but it does fit. Maybe the silicone radiator hose is a bit more flexible then the OEM hose, but I think when I first put the built motor in I was using the OEM hose.

WOW my hood has been open all winter and it is embarrassing to show you pictures of a very dusty engine.

Hope this helps, let me know if you need a different angel or something.
