@Wes06, correct. Both of them were are aiming inwards.
That's by OE design intent, so that the LCA axes converge some distance behind the car (as seen in plan view). Makes axle roll steer a little less sensitive to changes in ride height than if the LCAs were perfectly parallel to the car centerline. Adds a tiny bit of geometric (think rear axle "toe change") understeer as well.

I suspect that C-clip axles need to have a little endplay, which could be enough to give you occasional brake pad to rotor contact.

Check the brake dust shield fasteners for looseness and the shields themselves for contact with adjacent components and too-close proximity to the rotors anywhere about their circumferences.


For side view evaluations, LCA inclination really needs to be considered in conjunction with UCA inclination instead of only by itself.
