I came across this on the interwebs and I thought I would share with fellow Mustang brothers and sisters.
Cant wait for these to come out and slap a set on my car, being the wheel addict that I am!

Introducing "Project 6GR"...By Enthusiasts...4 Enthusiasts

We are excited to share with our latest project for the S550 Mustang community. We are respectfully calling it "Project 6GR". This project was born and raised by enthusiasts with one goal in mind..Build the ultimate wheel setup which will provide weight savings, increased strength, and let's not forget making it look badass =).

The idea behind "Project 6GR" was to take over a year of experience in custom tailoring well over 500 Mustang fitments and working with a wide range of owners who all had their own specific wheel setups in mind. Through working very closely with fellow enthusiasts, we have listened and we are now responding with the "perfect setup". The fitment will run 20x10 front with 35mm offset and 20x11 with 50mm. This setup will clear all brake applications including the GT Performance Package (GTPP). We will also bring out 19" fitment in 19x10 front with 35 mm offset and 19x11 with 50 mm rear.

Project 6GR takes homage from one of the most beautiful automotive masterpieces to ever hit the streets. Seven bold and prominent spokes provide a true american muscle feel to this simple yet masculine design.

The mission behind Project 6GR is simple..Increase Performance..Decrease Mass..and look Badass while doing it.

Since we love to be the voice of the enthusiasts. We would love to get your thoughts on one final detail of the wheels, which is the finish. We currently have three options in mind, Gloss Black, Matte Black, and Flat Graphite. We have setup a poll at the top so that we can get your feedback and opinions.

For those of us stuck in the past, will a 35 offset and a bit more negative camber have a chance of working on the front? Maybe with a 265 width tire?
By that I mean an 05-09 car.

Those wheels look great.

I'm not usually a fan of 7-spoke wheels, with the exception of the F14s, but these look sexy as hell. I hope they don't have the GT350R price tag to go with it....

Usually on a 10" we'd want about +42 for the front ... would be nice if they made that an option as well.

cheers

Yeah, I've seen people get away with +40 on a 10" wheel but that is with a small fitting 275 or less.

Hopefully they come out with an S197 offset.

I'm putting on a set as soon as they are available.

I will test fit them in my friends gt500 to verify they work on s197 with Brembo brakes.

Rotary forged wide 20" applications, at less than 26 lbs each, for under 2k sounds like a killer combination to me.

Pricing will be crucial. There are plenty of options that are lighter for under 2k price tags. Ill be interested to see the pricing and fitment for S197s as well. They should look killer on an S197 too though. Downside for me personally.... 10" wide fronts is too much for me since my suspension just wont allow that much up front.

One last thing. Are there pics of all the current finishes just to see the difference?

Those offsets will fit the early s197s fine with a little camber. WOnt take much.

More than likely fit easily within the -1.5 ford says is in spec.

I had a 20x10.5 +33 that BARELY stuck out up front.

Hey guys ! so want to introduce myself, my name is Paul im the mustang specialist at N4SM and the brain child behind the project 6GR wheel.

So these wheels will actually fit fine on the S197 with the proper tire sizing and yes a little negative camber and youll be golden.

As for pricing these wheels are way under the 2k mark as I know someone was asking about that. For weight we have utilized a special German spun forged machine to maximize weight reduction.

If anyone has any questions please free to reach out to me directly and or you can shoot a post here as I will be checking this daily as well.
