Are there any specific ways I need to do this, or can I just pull them really hard and pop them off?

I have no intentions of putting them back on and the car will be a track car for the rest of it's life, so I don't care if I break them, I just want to get them off without damaging the body of the car...

I bet he means the side scoops.

If this is what you mean, OP, then I would get some fishing line or dental floss and carefully work it behind the scoops, removing the two sided tape that attaches them. I wouldn't just go jerking at them. You could break them, or worse yet, potentially damage the paint on the side of the car.

Plus, if you remove them carefully without damaging them, you could sell them on the forum, ebay, or Craigslist. Those things aren't cheap.

If this is not what you are talking about, then I have no clue either...
