Looks good.
Those are the 2010 GT500 coupe wheels, they're 19" forged and painted all over.
The 2010 GT500 convertible used 18x9.5 cast-aluminum wheels, painted with machined spoke faces, then cleared. I have these 18's on mine and love the look.

Yes these are the wheels I'm asking if they will rub and do I need to get a adj. Pan hard?

What size tires is on there now?
I would think being GT500 wheels, the rears should be 9.5" wide and the stock GT500 rear tires are usually 285's, so they should fit just fine.
An adjustable panhard bar is always a good idea when lowering the car, and at 2" you will most definitely want one
