I would maybe throw it on stands and roll under there and start trying to move stuff and see if something is loose. I had the issue of my muffler hanger being out of whack and bumping something. I have had 2 driveshaft bolts come loose and it made a clunking sound on acceleration. If you bought it used maybe some had aftermarket stuff on it and swapped back to stock and did not torque something.

Okay so I tried a few things. Replaced away bar bushing with poly bushings and end link bushing with poly bushings and new sleeves. Greased everything with high temp grease, torqued everything as well as control arms and greased those as well. Clunk went away but notice a very harsh snap when hitting a big bump. The sway bar was not centered causing it to hit the control arm. Re centered everything and the clunk is back. I'm lost and don't know what to do. This is so annoying

Is your jack/spare tire screwed down tight?

Clunk fixed. Lower control arms were the issue. Did the shocks while I had it apart. Absolutely. O clunk now
