So everythings starting to come together and its time to get this turbo business going. I already have all the supporting mods for boost minus stock tranny. I originaly designed my own kit just dont have all the welding skills/tools to do my own hotside so i was going to have it fab'd to my specs/routing but in order to save time and money i am ordering the on3 piping kit monday and fab my own coldside. Im not a fan of the same side inlet/outlet intercooler designs or where the post intercooler piping comes back up the drivers side. I moved the coolant res so I have room to run the coldside piping from the intercooler up the passenger side and to the tb.

I wont go in to detail here about the supporting stuff i have done already i will just list it and post links. These mods were done to free up room for the turbo and piping.

Power steering relocation

Coolant res relocation
http://www.s197forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=25680&highlight=power+steering

Went to slim fan and removed stock fan/shroud
http://www.s197forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=26895&highlight=fan

Oil filter relocation
http://www.s197forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=27987&highlight=oil+filter

I also removed my sway bar and steeda rad support in favor of a upr rad support to make room.

Much thanks goes out to one eye willy for his knowledge and help on alot of this stuff as well as the other turbo build threads i have been following.

Intercooler mock up and install is done with the help of greg :)
Pretty staright foward thought i was going ot have to cut the bumper beam but turns out the intercooler fit ;)
Put some pipe insulating foam on the ac line behind it so it wouldnt rattle on the intercooler. Fit like a glove nice and snug and secure!

Yes I am an auto . I didn't have to cut it , I just didn't like it sitting so close and the bumper being there the air flow is much less then with it done the way I had it . It should work fine the way you have it though.
