In the same line as the 05-09 thread posted here: http://www.s197forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13162

Obviously, a lot of the components for the 11+ will have similar weights to the 05-09 weights.

Roush 'axle-backs', 19 lbs. for both.
I will admit at this low amount, some of our homeowner scales are not too accurate...

I tried mine out with known weights (weight lifting weights) and it was dead on at 10 pounds, and off by about a half pound at 5 pounds.

For really light stuff, you'd need a small food scale.

Stock 2011 GT/CS axle backs just over 21# each. custom 3" muffler deletes with 4" tips were 5# each.

Steeda ultralites were the same weight as the stock springs. Represented as lighter but not according to my scales. The front ultralite springs also fit on the stock strut mounts so I didn't have to change to GT500 struts. IIRC the fronts were 6 # each. I can go back and remeasure the stockers since I know they weighed the same.

Also, the Bear Pro Plus 6 piston calipers and 14in rotors were also the same weight as the stockers which were only12.2in. 22# iirc. The Baer brakes are much better and don't add any weight. I use them at the Mile shutting down from 180mph on the 05 stang and from 160mph on the 2011 stang.

I have more to add but I need to look them up and will post up. Wheels and tires, and suspension parts to add.

Great, if you can follow up and confirm those weights, I'll throw them in the table.

Everything else has been added in, and the table put into the first post in this thread.

Any idea how much that 18" wheel weighs without the tire?

FRPP Boss 302 wheels 19x9s 30#
19x10s 33#

Heavy duty version 15 x10 Bogarts with Hoosier DR 325/50/15-- 40# half tread left. I'll weight my old MT DRs when I go to storage next time. I now they say they weight 36# on the website iirc.
17x5.5 Bogarts with M&H 185/55/R17-- 37#

Driveshaft shop 2011 3 1/2 aluminum DS for Auto car 21# with the rear flange. The flange is swapped so that weight really shouldn't added but that is how I recorded it at the time. Flange probably weights 1 to 2# at most.

I still haven't founds my old notes for the Baer brakes but I remember for sure that they didn't weight more than the 2005 calipers and rotors. I am sure the 2011 rotors are a little heavier than the 05s since they are 1/2 inch larger diameter.
I will weight what ever else I have laying around and post up.
