Outer Tie Rod Rubber Ripped.

Well somehow, the outer tie rod rubber/housing or w/e its called got ripped. The grease on the inside is starting to come out and it needs to be replaced.

Is this hard?
What grease is best?
Will i need an alignment after?
Will i need a ball joint press?

I looked up instructions and it seems fairly easy so i can do it, i just wanna know how bad the alignment will be off after i do it since im gonna get an alignment tomorrow with the camber bolts im putting on. I dont wanna have to get another alignment right after i get this one. Any help is appreciated.
