Your Dad on multiple occasions has given me a rash of 'you know what' for going with JBA shorty headers.

Anyway...after a few years, I would like to consider moving to LT's for my 07.

Let me know if you are able to get a decent set of LT's... Kooks or Pypes w/ catted h-pipe...I would prefer a decent set that is used to reduce cost.

Please provide cost to install and re-tune.

thanks,

Tim

Do you have inspection, I dont remember if your state requires OBD testing? If you do then go with the Kooks longtubes and X pipe with Green cats. Call me up for a killer price on them!

Yes...My emission inspection is due up in Nov '13. What are green cats? are they new?

can they be easily swapped out for straight pipes... without the need for a whole new x-pipe?

The Green cats are a new release from Kooks, a High flow cat that absorbs the carbons and unspent fuel better than a traditional high flow cat. This keeps heat in the exhaust and prevents the P0420 and P0430 Engine codes from popping up. Those codes are common when you have the rear 02 monitors turned on in the tune with regular high flow cats.
