I'm very curious to see the performance gain from this, these lil ecoboost engines are unbelievable for what they are

Going on my EcoBoost Dailey Driver. The head from the factory is pretty plugged up. Factory flow numbers below
Intake, Exh 1 and 4, Exh 2 and 3
0.05 35 28 25
0.10 72 62 60
0.15 111 100 88
0.20 137 125 110
0.30 152 140 118
0.40 156 145 123
0.50 156 147 124

Flows are averaged, with ports 1 and 4 sep. from 2 and 3 due to the lack of flow from the outter cylinders.
Also installing Ford Racing cams at the same time. they are a step up but still very mild @ 203 @ 50 0.301 lift Exh and 207 @ 50 .353 lift

Here are a few before, check out the nice 0.25" shelf under the intake seat

The exh side was brought out to the gasket to make it flow. Look at how small the exh ports are from the factory, using my thumb as reference, you can see how small they are.

Water jacket everywhere on this head. Porter hit water at the exh flange.

Did he just weld it back up and resurface?

He welded it, and re-ported it, ended up repairing the other port also as it was thin. I may not have explained it correctly, He hit water right inside the flange on #4 exh port, about 3/4" into the port, right at the exh bolt. Here's a picture

I'm dropping it off for pressure testing and the Valve Job Tuesday. I added a few more pics to the first post.

The Stock Turbo is already done at my current 360/390 level I'm at. Hoping for 400/400, with stock turbo.. prob. wishful thinking.
With this head the numbers will come easy with a turbo swap..

I keep wanting to say that those number are pointless on a front drive street car and then I have to keep reminding myself that it's not in a Fiesta or Focus.

Too many years on too many forums. :)

Is there a consensus yet on when the DI fuel pump runs out?
