Yup, those blocks that came on some of the S197s. I want to buy a set, preferably with the mounting bolt/nut although it's not critical.

Fair question. My buddy wants them for his 06 GT. Wants to see if it'll help quell a small harmonic he picked up in the rear around 50mph a few weeks ago after re moved his. Problem is, he chucked them lol.

I have a set, same offer as the others, for the cost of shipping, they are yours. Have the bolts with them, nuts are (or should be) part of the axle assembly as I recall they were welded in place.

I think I still have the set that I took off my '13. If the other offers fall through, they are yours for the cost of shipping. I'll just have to dig through garage crap to find them.

Got a set from oldVOR 
I'd say it cut that little noise about 25% or so. Still noticeable. I think it was just coincidental myself and something else is amiss. Oh well, he's happy.
