I'm currently swapping a crown Victoria front suspension and 3v Mustang engine with a 4r70w into my 67' F100. I'm using the CV engine wiring and computer to control the driveline. IMRC and cam phasers deleted. When I installed the driveline I set it up so that I can run an unmodified mustang off-road Xpipe. Running a 9" rear lowered with spring perches and extended shackles. The trucks patina is staying for the foreseeable future. I'm here browsing for some parts for the build, specifically an 07+ coolant crossover. Here are the pictures so far.....

Ok I'm really into this because I'm about to start the same idea with a 1960 F250 I picket up.

Keep the updates coming man!

Also welcome to the site.

Flip those exhaust manifolds side to side to face forward and hang a pair of turbos for ludicrous POWAHHHHHH!! But only after adding a forged crank, rods and pistons.

Also, I think you have the wrong dash. My brother had a '67 F100 and it had a sweep speedometer. Like this.

Google says your dash is from a F600.

The dash was from a 78 f600. I got lucky enough to score one locally, it's getting some speedhut can bus gauges to match the originals

jaa55,

Great project and I envy your fabrication skills! Talk about taking the best from two eras (old and new, is what I mean) and putting them into one unique package.

What are your plans for suspension? Interior? Bed (wood planks or metal)?

Keep those pics coming, please.

Chris
