This was my first time watching the NMRA Street Outlaw class run 1/8th mile.
I understand why they went to 1/8th, but still it seems weird watching the quickest class only run 1/2 track.

My new favorite fast class now is Renegade. Full 1/4 mile :headbang:
I like modular muscle and the turbo coyote shootout.

Seemed like 10 lbs of crap in a 2 lb bag Saturday. Some of that lost time from Friday should have been moved to Sunday or simply a lost round of qualifications. They trimmed TS class finals from 3 to 2 passes to compensate for lost time due to weather.

If I do go back and participate I will only do so with 0% of rain forecasted for the four day event just to give it fair chance. Otherwise no way aside from watching you fast guys getting r done. MAN THERE WERE SOME SERIOUS SPEEDS AND ET'S SAT.

Yeah, I will also watch the forecast better next year. Although at that time of year a 30 % chance of rain could mean a 99 % of drizzle and overcast.

Or....a 70 % chance of rain turns into sunny all weekend.
I'll probably still go and gamble my money anyway...

I got confused with some of the classes.
I know what Coyote Modified is, but the Turbo Coyote Shootout was new to me.

The place was swarming with Coyote powered machines.

Of course the NMRA World Finals is always an overload of Ford powered beauty to me :)

Very true this time of year. But then the whole season has been goofy it seems.

And those Turbo Coyotes were hauling the mail!
