OP - this reverse C Boss side stripes look amazing!

Curious where you found them? I've been looking for these....

Austin

Edit: Nvm, CJpony parts seems to carry them - clearly I wasn't looking hard enough...

Ebay has them for $53.00 dollars, and I called the guy to have the 302 removed from my stripe kit , at no extra charge.. best bargain stripe kit out there..j

Any one have any recommendations on a replacement shifter...
Pocono May 22nd will be my next track day ..wont make Watkins Glen next month ill be away with work...

Bummer, and I'm sorry too. Could always use a hint or two.

I did get to ride along with Tom (white GT3, #110 IIRC) in his first session after lunch, and later got OK'ed for C group myself.

Supposedly there's a Blowfish shifter support bracket, out just recently for the TR3650, which makes the shifter supported only by the transmission instead of the semi-remote OE arrangement. Not sure if it's a cure for your issue, but might be worth looking into anyway.

Did you get that hood from a guy named Sal? Has a Black and Green striped S197 with an APR wing.
Nice seeing you on here by the way
I bought those Roush wheels off you a few months back

Sweet ride man, and I second the brake cooling if you're not going bigger up front...at least not for a while, anyway. Can't speak for anyone else, but I love mine. Been fantastic from Summit Point down to VIR.

Ok completed my second event for the year .. Pocono long 3.5 mile course ..
before I went I replaced the plastic clutch line and installed Whiteline rear LCA relocation brackets..and also put the stock hood back on..
The clutch worked like a charm all day and the rear end seamed to have more grip...
All loaded up

Yes its raining here at Pocono

Unloaded and ready for track time

End of a great day now to load up

Hey if you havent got a new shifter yet Id highly recommend a steeda tri ax. I went from a hurst (same as roush) and would never go back. Even though it is semi remote mounted its solid, although the centering spring is something youll have to get used to. Nice stang by the way!

Just got back from Palmer Motorsports track 6-16-16 in Ma with RUD Motorsports.. wow that is an interesting track .. you need a really big set to run flat out there.. what with 200 feet of elevation change , concrete walls every where and no run offs .. but I must say it is a very challenging track and would take a while to learn all the blind apex`s....Loved it though.

Car looks good here but with that said and since you asked for opinions on the stripping
I think you should remove the "BOSS" labeling on the side of the car. The stripes look good but I'm not a fan of seeing badges from a "better" car grace the surface of a lesser car. No offense meant.

Just one mans opinion but enjoy the ride either way :)

This one isn't so clear-cut. Most times I'd agree, here, maybe not.

It's hard to suggest that Aussie's car is a "lesser" car than an original Boss when it would run away and hide from an original 'street' Boss and probably give a track built Boss a pretty good run for its money. An original street Boss would have a tough enough time against a 4.6L car with a sharp tune and tire/wheel/minimal suspension mods.

I love the yellow tire lettering. Is that how you ordered them, or do it yourself?

It's something I'm considering to do when i get my new wheels and tires.
