Working on installing an Aeroforce gauge with boost sensor. I got the sensor unit and 5v power kit.
I need to run a wire from the fuse compartment to the drivers side A pilllar. Is there access anywhere on the drivers side firewall into the passenger compartment? Photos would be great.
Also, if anyone has installed one of these gauges with the boost sensor, any tips or explanation on how to do it would be a great help.
Thanks!

run it from the SJB in the passenger footwell to get key on power

On both sides theres a rubber nipple that goes into the wheel well you can route wires through

Ok I understand the SJB part.

Car is lowered and needs to be up on planks to jack it up. I can't move it.

Thank you!

There is a grommet with a rubber nipple in the middle. Cut out the center of the nipple, run your wires through and secure it with a zip tie.

Not the best pictures, taken from my Air Lift install but they may help.

Driver side foot well showing the back side of the grommet.

Wheel well view of the driver side grommet with the inner splash shield removed.

Passenger foot well side.

Passenger wheel well view.

Your welcome Bill. I am looking forward to your comments when you do your fuel pump install as I need to do this soon. I am particularly interested in how you transfer the float over and wire in the level sender. Thanks!

Dude I have no idea. I don't even know what any of that is. Seriously. I was hoping it came with instructions. I haven't opened the box. I'll have to call Brenspeed. It's their kit. I'm in uncharted waters here. I never replaced a fuel pump in my entire life. They said it was plug and play when I bought it.

Looks pretty straight up to me. Here's what's in the box. I was told to swap in the new pump and whatever else in the box and put it back in. It's a 340LPH pump.

Super easy. Undo a few bolts. Cut the hose from stock pump, slide that up and reconnect

Thanks for confirming. Looked pretty simple (maybe not EASY but simple) to me.

Should run this weekend if we did everything right.

It's best to do it with under 1/4 a tank or so.

Also it may help to unbolt the tank straps on either the front or back of the tank so you can drop it down a couple of inches. This really helps with the angle Ford put in between the pump and the access hole. They are offset so it helps to have a little extra wiggle room.
