05 Mustang Gt For sale

Hey im trying to get rid of my 05 mustang in order to save cash. We are moving close to my work and are going to one car for now. (wife just had a baby). If i cant sell it, it will be parted out and traded in.

Assuming your car is in excellent condition, KBB lists it at around $14k. As we all know too well, the dealership goes by NADA Black Book Value which is typically around $1000-$1800 less than KBB. But they will probably will shoot you some shit like they shot me, 'Well it's only worth the 'fair condition' amount due to the poor gas mileage and down economy... we will give you $10k' That is when you tell them like I did, and I quote, 'FUCK YOU'.

yea that's what im a afraid of. some guy offered me 11k for it as it sits. i told him he can have it for 11k stock.

The car is WELL worth what you are asking. I wouldn't move from that price unless you post on Craigslist ot the adpak... then I would go up to $14k and 'let' them talk you down.

IMO the price is a little high for an 05, but the mileage is lower than most of them, so that's probably a wash. The car looks spectacular. Those wheels are perfect on it, the stance is right, etc. The porno-red interior isn't helping your cause, but that might just be me. I saw your ad and was interested until I saw nitrous. Even if you haven't sprayed (which is hard to believe), just the fact that you considered nitrous doesn't give one a lot of confidence in how the car has been treated. Then there's stuff like mis-matched door panels, worn out shocks, etc. So while it's only got 68k on the clock, the impression is that it's been run like a raped ape for 68k.

I think you'll do better parting it and unloading it to a dealer with no mention of its history. Otherwise, I might call the $11k dude back.

Dude..... The interior came like that when i bought it. The car trades in at that value. Also there is no way in hell that i ever ran the nitrous cuz you can inspect my garage but i dont have all the shit needed to run it!!!! the fuel rail sensor hasnt even been taken off and you can see that by looking at the bolts. Shocks are gone cuz its lowered on sportlines. Put stock springs on it will be fine. Car runs great. I daily drove this to work only. You can even look at my avg mpg on my mycolor and it says 21.9. cant get that ricing around.

so and come look at it. you wouldnt know unless you saw it.
