I thought they were closing down for off season? Hmmm its tempting but kinda too far.

Anybody up for ATL dragway on 11/2? Its last day of season and weather is going to be close to perfect. I was there this friday and I saw A LOT of s197 mustangs.

I'm not looking for a club or anything like that. Just some casual group to hang out together and share resources. I think I'm gonna make a facebook page for metro atlanta s197s.

^^^^^Do this, I'm up for meets, but usually they are bit far from me to travel to. Maybe a Facebook page could generate multiple meets.

They are closing, but another forum has rented the track for the day...... Thought it would be good to go....besides it takes the same time to get there from my house to there or commerce.

Local or traveling a little. Summit will have there toys 4 tots show soon. That is always a good cause.

I wish I could but my car will not be finished yet. It might go into the paint booth today. Will you be able to make it down to Summit on Dec 1?

It is great that we are so close to each other. I don't know any other local S197 guys.

Na, it's not that bad of a drive...maybe an hour if I take my time.
I've passed Summit on the way to south GA/FL and just have never had the opportunity to stop.

We can always do the toys for tots at summits..... That might be easier and have a purpose. I vote for that..... It is dec 1 a sat and supports a great cause
