20 posts in on a thread that started a month and a half ago and no official in-thread response.

I think that speaks volumes.

Between facebook and s550 forums I think we just got forgotten.

Their advertisement banner is for a contest that closed over a year ago.

I have no input regarding the forum code, but I can say that I feel their customer service is still top notch. I ordered a part during their BF/CM sale a couple of weeks ago. I placed the order late at night, and after sleeping on it, I had decided to cancel the order the next morning after deciding that I didn't want the part after all. A quick phone call and all was taken care of, no issues...no questions asked. But in fairness, other than this recent occasion, I haven't had to use their CS much in the last couple of years.

Did you see the latest AM u tube video where the girl destroys the carbon fiber driveshaft on the 2nd pass ? Tiny bits of CF, debris was 20' wide x 50' behind her. I didn't realize that when CF let's go, it really lets go.

Yea I saw that. But here's the thing: why would they actually post a part like that(which is pricey) being destroyed with her setup? I don't think that part was fake, but I don't get as a sales company why they would post it.

AFAIK, DSS is the only maker of CF DS's. After seeing that, I would not install one. I have a DSS-DS, but it's their 3.5" aluminum version. Placing a rotating CF DS between a pair of hot exhaust pipes makes me a little nervous. Dunno how much heat CF will handle.

Back in 2015, AM busted a half shaft on their 2nd run on the strip..and that was a NA car. They can bust and break all they want, just take note of what breaks and why.

I have the DDS Aluminum DS too. Nice piece. Dynatech makes a CF shaft that I believe is rated for 1000HP too.

They are not engaged. I’ve contacted them many times as well and never heard back. I even messaged AMWill direct, on Facebook, and called out in a thread without a response at all and it’s been over a year now.
Just go with TeamBeefCakeRacing.com, LMR, and others that are willing to treat you like a customer.

They're obviously busy enough that they don't need to dilly dally with forums. If you look at it from another perspective, would you rather their customer service deal with actual issues or waste time on a forum giving away money to an increasingly small sect of the Mustang community? I don't blame them for this trespass and in the era of large online retailers, the only redeeming quality is low price. They aren't a bullshit scam like RPMOutlet, so short of that, I really don't expect much. :2cents:

I don't disagree, but a discount is a discount, lol. When you spend $3k any percent adds up. It can't hurt to ask for something that was offered.
