You need a 6060 at the very least....that's if you plan to beat on it. If not, the 3650 will work for tooling around with street tires....but that would be no fun!

Double adjustable shocks help a lot....set the compression so you get enough squat then set the rebound high so the rear end stays down and it will keep the weight planted on the rear tires. Keep the 4:10's and figure out what works. You probably need a 28" tire though so you can go through...
As long as the marks were lined up when you pulled the wedge, you should be fine. That's all I looked at when I did mine. If you rotated the motor after pulling the wedge the marks might not line up anymore until you do enough rotations (sounds like 75 from what people are saying).
I have a 6060 with 4:10's and the 2.97 gearset and I think it is a great combo. After running it for awhile I'd almost want to go with a 4.30 gearset.
FWIW the only reason I switched to a 6060 from the 3650 is because of the extra torque from the Procharger. If I was N/A I'd keep the 3650...
