Clunking sound from? Anyone

I noticed a clunking sound while taking off the other day, has anyone else had this? It is only when you first take off and seems to happen during the weight transfer, (the front end unloading and the rear end loading). I'm guessing something loosened up. The bitch is I won't be able to get it...
