Thank you all for the replies. It was the #68 fuse under the hood: 20 amp, Ignition. I’ll be sure to check everything next time and not just the relays.

Already reset battery. I tried relay 20 and 22 (PCM #2 and Starter Relay). Anything else specific I should test?
