I’m all stock but for headers. I do not plan on revving it out that far at all. I guess I’m more curious why hitting the limiter Is worse for the car?

I’ve got a 2014 GT, installing the 18 manifold and got the tune from Lund. The limiter is set at 7700 which I’ve learned they don’t want you hitting the limiter and also don’t believe it’s safe to live up in the 7000+ rpm range when doing HPDE. My question is what would hitting the limiter from...
