    Which bearing does everyone recomend for the Manley Sportsman rods with a factory low mileage crank? Its std size, neither one have been polished.

    Someone had removed the plugs prior to it being torn down this year. Which resulted in a little suface rust in cylinders. But the block need to be honed anyway. I has all mains and bolts. And rear seal. I'm not sure about the side bolts though.

    You may not want to cut the corners so square. If you put enough round into them it would be a lot easier to put trim of some sort on it later. May also look better and help keep water seepage out.

    You may be right.... But with the way it sits on top of the grill it should'nt be a major problem. And yes I do have a dremel.. lol
