I have one of adams old kits too and we were not to big on the intake so I had them fab me up a new one. Not sure how big of a deal this would make but it had pretty large welds on the inside and the one that I got had hard angles not smooth curves. Not sure how much a big factor this plays into...
Not going to go into details on it but it combined with new career, personal life, kind of got big into bodybuilding and put all my focus on that for a bit, and then my mechanic had some things he had to work out and I did not want him rushing the job.
Well life through me some huge obstacles with getting this build complete but it is finally coming to a finish. Our goal is to be tuned and ready to go by Tuesday.

My car did the exact same thing and it was the tune. I had no drivabilty and it surged and bucked at low rpms. Got it tuned later down the road with my boost and the care had stock drivability and was a different car to drive.
