interesting saga there. I'll be honest and say that I'm not a big Audi fan - but I can understand why people are (maybe seeing a LOT more of them over here than you do in the US has something to do with it as well - to us in the UK Mustangs, Camaros, Chargers and Challengers are quite exotic...
Black Sails is similar in concept to Vikings:
pick a historic period
throw in a number of real historical figures (to keep you in wikipedia checking out real world history)
populate with fictional characters
add sex & violence to flavour
add special effects
et voila - your dish is prepared
TBH this was me - loved JW but polar just didn't grab me in the same way. Mads Mickleson is a good actor but was wasted in this (IMO).
Another few good shows if you like binge watching:
Vikings
Black Sails
Hell on Wheels
Don't forget Game of Thrones is back this month too!!
agreed Captain Marvel was actually very good - I was worried about SJW shit (like in The Last Jedi) but, although there was an element of "I am woman, hear me roar" it was in keeping with the film rather than shoehorned in.
Loved the flerken...
very much this ^^^ I thought I'd have a break from American V8's and tried my SLK55 for 18months but, great as it is, it just doesn't excite me in the same way. The only way to know is to give it a try
There's a BBC film which received a limited release over here called "They Shall Not Grow Old" by Peter Jackson, I suspect that it'll be a BluRay release over there in the US BUT given what I have read about it it'll be worth looking for
