I got the transmission replaced under warranty from Tremec, but the 2nd gear on the new one feels kind of clunky or even crunchy when the transmission's cold. Tremec was supposed to follow up with what they found inside the original, but I haven't heard back in 6 months.

I'm using Tremec's transmission fluid they included with the new unit, but I may swap for Pennzoil Synchromesh. It helped a lot for the old transmission, even though it was already too far gone.
