    I had Saleen s/c with 4.10's and hated it. Highway RPM's wore me down and gas mileage dropped from 24-25 to 21-22. Too many traction problems. Went back to 3.55.

    Yes, the thread is stripped. The set screw created a burr on the bolt which stripped the thread as I backed it out. I'm replacing it with a full Griggs setup. I'm in Bucks County, PA (near Philly).
