This is what is done to mine rather than just screwing in supports. The water jackets are filled and welded. Coolant still flows through the drilled holes and they match what the head gasket in terms of coolant passage. will handle the 1100 I should hit no problem.

Terminals are clean as can be, never had much corrosion. Battery has been load tested. Tool is pretty old, but still worked. Also as I mentioned, all other electronics and power accessories are running at full just on battery, so its got good juice.

I have the 05-10 struts on mine so i could use the GT500 mount, its a better setup than the stock 13 mounts with 11-14 struts.

If it were 6 months i would be worried. Its an engine, pretty detailed build from the looks. I would be patient and not want to rush with that kinda coin involved.
