New PB 2014 GT w/ VMP TVS

Every car is different. The best 60ft I had was a 1.61 on pump fuel, 79 mm pulley though. Gen 1 blower. The smaller pulley could help 60 ft, since it ramps the blower into boost faster(this was per my tuner). I thought a converter could help too, just never got around to it. I think you...

    Suspension Guys, I Need Advice!

What rpm are you trying to leave at? I looked over my old slips, and our 60fts are very close. I'm leaving at about 1000 rpm.

Looking For Dragstrip IAT data for KB 2.8 cars

Thank you. It is under construction. It has been high 10's on a mild tune up. Looking for single digits on the new set-up. Most of them are either stock'ish or highly modified these days. In the mean time, my TVS coyote has kept me entertained. High 10's in daily driver form is really fun...

    Suspension Guys, I Need Advice!

I'm guessing similar times, since the 60 ft did not improve? I agree with Kelly, confirm the basics before changing a lot of stuff for potentially not the result you want.

New PB 2014 GT w/ VMP TVS

28 inch tall tire? What RPM did you leave at? I actually spun trying to just stab it off idle and had better traction/60ft times, leaving @ about 1000 rpm, I want to try higher the next time out. With your mph, the car will go a 10.6X if you go 1.5's IMO.

New PB 2014 GT w/ VMP TVS

Sweet numbers! What boost you running out of the GEN 2? I am running a Gen 1, with about 9 psi, to get similar numbers. I do not have Long tubes or the drive shaft. My best mph was 127 on my last outing. You went 129. Whats interesting is we both went 101.x in the 1/8 with almost identical ET...

Lowering Springs for rear and drag racing.

You hit it on the head. I want to figure out what to do to get rid of the gap in the rear but did not want to mess up the suspension geometry where I would have traction issues I currently don't have. I'll call you guys when I'm ready to get the right stuff to do it right. :bravo:

Lowering Springs for rear and drag racing.

Anyone have issues after lowering the rear of the car for appearance vs stock height? The suspension is working great, all I have is BMR upper arm and lower arms. Nothing else. 1.6x 60 fts last time out. With a 27 inch tall tire, the car still has a decent gap in the rear though. Thoughts?

    Another TVS, 6R80, 5.0 in the 10s.

I wanted to go 69 mm, idm 1000, etc... Justin talked me out of it and I appreciate his honesty verse just selling me the parts I wanted. The car is a daily driver, gets around 20-21 mpg combined, and has perfect street manners and should be very reliable at the power level its at. I...

    Another TVS, 6R80, 5.0 in the 10s.

This is one of the first TVS kits, Roush made for an auto car, back in late 2011. It started with a 90 mm pulley. Of course that, is gone. The car is a base GT, cloth interior, etc. I am 225 lbs. I'm guessing the car is around 3650-3700 pounds with me in it. I have only removed the spare for...
